  • Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs clearance.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with a replacement or refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, eBooks, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact our customer care team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary by bank).

  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective book, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
